Refund policy
Refund policy: Right of withdrawal Bolcheriet does not provide a right of withdrawal for the purchase of foodstuffs in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Købeloven).
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for custom orders such as personalized bags, wedding candies, and logo candies.
Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned because the customer has not collected it within the time frame specified by GLS or Postnord, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any reshipping costs.
Complaints
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Bolcheriet via email at info@bolcheriet.dk no later than 3 business days after delivery.
