Liquid candy mixture
The bun mass is tempered on the cooling table.

The bun mass is tossed over a hook to oxygenate it and to adjust the color.

At the age of approx. At the age of 16, Thomas Brandt starts with his uncle Thomas Brandt Ibsen in the newly opened Svaneke Bolcher, which is located in a charming old merchant's farm on the square in Svaneke.
It is Thomas' mother Gikker who looks after the shop.

They open Bolcheriet in an old house on Møstingsvej in Løkken.
