Bolche thermometer
If you want to make bonbons at home, we have a stainless steel bonbon thermometer that can both hang on the pan or stand in the pan.
The thermometer can be adjusted and therefore fits most pots.
The bonche master Thomas Brandt Touray has tested the bonche thermometer and says it works sublimely.
